We were greeted with open arms, made us feel like one of the family. The hotel was nicely decorated with the Christmas theme inside and outside. The guest rooms were very clean and free of smells. The beds were super comfortable. The restaurant was fabulous and the wait staff were very friendly and nice.

The rooms on the first floor, facing the parking lot are not the best as you can hear the cars going out of the parking lot right at the window. The service was super friendly. The breakfast was good but on the warmer side, would have been great if it was hotter. Overall a pleasant experience.

We stayed in a king suite with a view of Lake George. My little kiddos had a great time at the pool, little kids playroom, and the breakfast buffet was great. The staff was all very welcoming and friendly. There were lots of options for breakfast buffet and the custom omelet making station was a nice touch.

My husband and I just spent a week in Lake George and stayed at this property. We had a king room with couch. The staff was very kind throughout our stay. Our room was very clean. We opted to not have it cleaned while we were there as we prefer our privacy. Towards the end of the week, we were running low on soap and I asked the lady who just happened to be outside our room for more. She did not speak English and the other housekeeper had me speak into her phone to no avail. I ended up getting the soap from the room and showing them and one ran off to get it. So, small challenge, but we worked through it. We did swim in the indoor pool and had a great time and my husband loved shooting hoops at the basketball area. Everything was within walking distance. We ate dinner once at the restaurant and it was excellent. And it wasn’t anymore than going out. We also had breakfast buffet twice. It was also quite good. Overall a great stay and a great trip!!!

We enjoyed our stay at the IHG Resort! The sauna & whirlpool were very relaxing. Even though the decor of the property is dated, it is nostalgic and comfortable nonetheless. The highlight of the stay was Wendy in the Breakfast Area. She made our breakfast so much fun! Breakfast filled us up and we left so happy.

We loved visiting as a family, getting lunch at the TR lounge, the bar tender was very kind to change the channel and put football on for us. Food was good. The pool and hot tub were clean and very enjoyable as was the sauna. The enjoyed the arcade area as well
